Support & everything else
Support, billing, bugs, feature requests, safety escalations, careers, press, partnerships, legal, privacy, and data requests all reach us at one address. We read every email and route it internally to the right person.
02If it's urgent and inside the app
Don't email — use the in-app report. It goes straight to our 24×7 moderation queue with the conversation context attached, which means we can act on it much faster than email.
- Block the person first if you feel unsafe.
- Report from the profile, message, room, or call.
- Email support@vesperchat.live only if the in-app flow can't cover it (e.g. you can't access your account, you're a third party reporting on someone else's behalf, or it's a law-enforcement matter).

03Applying for a role
See open roles first. For applications, write to support@vesperchat.live with the role in the subject line — we lay out the exact format on the careers page.
04Press, research, partnerships
We do a small number of partnerships and press conversations each quarter — usually with mental-health organisations, researchers studying online sociality, or journalists writing about the alternative-social space.
- Press kit: available on request from support@vesperchat.live — includes logos, screenshots, and pre-cleared founder bios.
- Research access: we share anonymised, aggregate data with vetted academic partners. Email with your institution and IRB details.
- Integrations: we don't have a public API yet. If you're a hotline or counselling service who'd benefit from one, tell us — we'll prioritise.
05Legal, privacy, and your data
Data subject requests — access, deletion, correction, portability — go to support@vesperchat.live. We respond within the statutory 30-day window and usually much sooner. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
